Why Should I invest in training for my managers?
A: The statistics are startling, 42% of employee time is spent engaging in or trying to solve a conflict. This results in wasted time, mistakes, stress. lower morale, hampered performance and reduced profits and service for the employer.

Will we have training on our premises?
A: This is optional. If you don’t have space to accommodate training. We can accommodate you on our site. However, training of 15 or more people will have to be conducted on rented premises.

Can we refer our employees for counseling?
A: Our program includes an ongoing maintenance program which includes coaching and counseling for any issues you may have at the workplace.

How long do you seminars last?
A: The overall length of the seminars can last as little as half a day to as long as week long training. It depends on the complexity of your needs.

What if we have satellite offices outside of this location?
A: Seminars are conducted on an as per need basis or as per negotiated in our agreement.

Can we have separate training for management and employees?
A: We can design training programs just for management, and we can design training programs for employees. We meet initially to discuss the scope of your issues and then custom make a plan that meets your needs.

Ultimately, we know that if your employees are not happy where they work, they simply won’t work or they’ll do so grudgingly.
